MEDITATION

This is a six week course suitable for all levels of experience, that allows both committed and casual attendance.

 

BEGINS: Thursday 2nd August, 2018

AT: Mimosa Glen Woolshed

TIME: From 7.30pm to 8.30pm

WHAT TO BRING: Blanket, mat, pillow and water

COST: $15 per session
